DESCRIPTION:

Join our local expert birdwatching guide for a three mile walk, introducing you to some of the best places on the Estate for birdwatching.

This walk will take in woodlands, field borders, mature hedgerows, farmland and open pastures giving you a chance to spot some of the many different species of birds found around the Estate. You will be shown our innovative bird monitoring technology that helps identify and record the bird activity throughout the year and which can help you as you explore the varying habitats that are found here.

Our guide will help to identify birds and recommend places on the Estate that you can visit yourself again for good chances to see interesting bird species throughout the year.

Suitable for beginners or enthusiasts alike and you will have access to areas of the Estate that are not open for general public access. This event includes a hot drink refreshment.
