DESCRIPTION:
Join us for this family-friendly pottery activity at Oxcombe, and learn about the history of the Beaker People. Over spring/ summer 2026 we aim to make 1,000 pottery beakers, inspired by 4,500 year old archeology found across Lincolnshire. You can see a replica version in Oxcombe Visitor Centre. Your piece will form part of a big artwork installation at National Trust Sandliands in the summer, where it will be seen by hundreds of visitors. Unfortunately you can’t keep your beaker, but your work will be part of an inspiring project and maybe tour to other venues for exhibition in the future
