Anyone who completes all three stages will receive a special commemorative medal created to celebrate the Viking Way’s 50th anniversary.

Stage 2: Tealby to Donington on Bain

Leaving the village of Tealby, the route climbs the dramatic western escarpment before emerging onto the open Wolds plateau. From here, the landscape opens out into rolling hills and a distinctive pattern of interlocking stream‑fed valleys, which gradually gather to form the River Bain. This stage showcases the gentle yet expansive character of the central Wolds, offering wide views, evolving scenery and a strong sense of journey through one of Lincolnshire’s most defining landscapes.

Booking Information:

⚠️ Advance booking is essential. Each stage is limited to a maximum of 30 participants per day. Early booking is strongly recommended to avoid disappointment.

Whether you’re tackling the Viking Way in its entirety or joining for a single standout section, Stage 2 offers a rewarding and memorable way to be part of this special 50th‑anniversary celebration.
