Join the Lincolnshire Chalk Streams Project's for a practical conservation day on the beautiful Waithe Beck.

Chalk streams are a globally rare type of river and this site needs maintaining to ensure encroaching scrub and saplings do not overshade the channel. Main tasks will be cutting bankside vegetation to allow more light into the river channel. This encourages a healthy balance of instream plantlife.
