1 hour music journey (including stretch and warm up) from a mix of genres to uplift, energise and have fun. Simply move as much or little as you like, however you feel. 😊

All ages and abilities welcome. No experience necessary.

Wear comfy clothes, sun-tan lotion and bring water.
