Primal Movement Workshops
Join Helen in this beautiful hilltop location (to warm us up we'll climb the hill from the village!) and try out some Primal Movement. This kind of exercise fits perfectly with being outdoors as we adopt our primitive movements (crawling, squatting and twisting) and develop our strength, stamina and mobility. Feel 'primal' with your feet on the earth (barefoot recommended!) and the wind in your hair. Ideas of reps, sets or gym equipment does not exist here: just our bodies and the earth. Feel liberated and enjoy the movement that we were designed to do naturally.
(Please note: the ability to support your weight on your hands and be in a low squat position is required. This session is not suitable for people with shoulder, knee or back problems.)
