The Wolds Outdoor Festival is for everyone — but we’re especially passionate about making the outdoors feel accessible and exciting for young people and families.

Whether you’re trying something for the first time, looking for a low-cost day out, or just want to get outside more, there’s something here for you.

For Young People (11–25)

Trying something new can feel daunting — especially outdoors. That’s why many of our events are designed to be:

Our providers are friendly, experienced and used to welcoming beginners.

You don’t need specialist equipment for most sessions, and event pages will clearly explain what to bring.
